Astrology readings look at your birth chart to determine all facets including: signs, planets, houses, and geometric aspects for a unified understanding of your unique energies and influences.

There are are few different types of astrology, but each takes into account the feeling that we're ultimately influenced by the sun, the moon, the planets, and the stars.

Vedic astrology follows the astrophysical movement of the sun as it moves through the constellations (called "sidereal"). In contrast, Western astrology bases the zodiac on the seasons (called "tropical"), starting with Aries at the spring equinox. The tropical zodiac has been in place for over 2,000 years, but likely dates further back to the Sumerians. Both types of astrology offer different insights.

I have discovered over time that we are most influenced by the dance of darkness and light. For example, December is the darkest month of the year, which explains a lot about Sagittarius energy. I also link the dance of darkness and light to lunar influence and power, which is echoed through the seasons. In this regard, Sagittarius energy aligns with the waning crescent moon.
